Eleanor Bell of Dunfermline had been so
concerned with the wellbeing of her border collie Judy, crippled
with arthritis, that she feared that she might have to have her put
to sleep to end her suffering. After seven days of wearing the
FREEDOM COLLAR, Mrs Bell said Judy was now
"bounding round the garden like a puppy."

Kay Garrod of Lowestoft used the
FREEDOM COLLAR with Holly, a retriever collie she had
rescued at Christmas time ten years ago. Holly's arthritic symptoms
have improved and her medication reduced after a chance encounter
with another pet owner in the area led to Kay following up a news
article telling the story of 15 year old Border Collie Nell. Nell
had made a remarkable improvement after wearing the prototype
FREEDOM COLLAR.
Marie Lee from Bolton used the
FREEDOM COLLAR with an eight year old beagle called
Rory during volunteer trials in the Bolton area. Mrs Lee, who tried
the collar with Rory because he had started to limp, feels that Rory
seems to have fully recovered. She said: "He seems more like a pup
now. The collar has certainly given him a new lease of life. We took
him to a beagle garden party recently and he was just after all the
young female dogs.
"In human terms it's like a man of 55 chasing girls of 18, but
I've got to stress his behaviour is purely gentlemanly." she added.

Mrs Woods of Cruden Bay, Peterhead,
used the FREEDOM COLLAR with her 22 year old cat
Sammy. She said: "Sam was finding life a bit difficult and we
wondered if it would have been a kindness to let him go because he
couldn't move or jump around like he used to. We thought we would
try the FREEDOM COLLAR as a last resort and it's
had an absolutely wonderful effect on him. His head has come up and
his coat and eyes have brightened."

Lakis Michelis of Larnaca, Cyprus
used the FREEDOM COLLAR on their family pet - a 13
year old cat called Cookie. Cookie, who has suffered from arthritis
for the last three years, was limping and finding it very difficult
to walk. Her owner was delighted to notice, that after wearing the
collar for two days, there was a big improvement in her mobility,
and two weeks on, she walks much more easily and appears free of the
pain and discomfort she had endured and enjoys playing with the
family again.
Glenys Lumley of Kirby Stephen tried
custom-made FREEDOM COLLAR anklets with eighteen
year old Madari, a thoroughbred English Arab horse, who suffered
stiffness in her joints and poor health. On a recent canter, Glenis
was delighted to discover that her much loved Chestnut mare has
regained her former energy and agility.
Agnes Wallace, owner of Fife Animal
Park, used the FREEDOM COLLAR with Monty, a 20 year
old Welsh pony, and a 14 year old Yorkshire Terrier called Paddy.
She said: " They have been wearing the collars for several weeks now
and the difference is quite remarkable. After an accident a few
years ago, Paddy had begun to stiffen up and didn't want to walk
very far. Monty, who had to retire from taking children on rides,
has now got his old spirit back."
